A little about me!

I may not be your typical therapist.

I can be a bit goofy, I cry with you in session, and I am real. I may have gone through extensive training/education in being a therapist but that doesn't make me any better than you or the "expert" of your life. You are the expert, I am just here to create a naturally flowing conversation with my skills and training to elicit the change you're seeking.

In fact that is what therapy is… a space to create change in your life.

I am approachable, I promise! I don’t just say I am “empathetic, compassionate, nonjudgemental” and all the things you see out there. I actually practice them on a daily basis. Judgement has no place in the work we do together, our relationship is of the utmost importance and judgement only ruptures this.
